The park itself is well-located, offering easy access to the beach, which is definitely a highlight. However, the sites felt cramped and lacked privacy, especially since our powered site was covered in mulch and not as inviting as expected. While I appreciated the large pool area, shade would have made it more enjoyable. The facilities, such as the recreation room, could definitely use some improvement as well.

Our powered site was large enough, but unfortunately not a blade of grass in sight, just mulch, which was disappointing.
Service

The reception staff were accommodating in making sure we had the right site, but overall the service didn't stand out.

The park is conveniently situated close to the beach, making it a great spot for beach lovers.

I had a mixed experience at the caravan park. While the location was great, being close to the Pinnacles and having some clean amenities, I found the overall value for money lacking, especially with the high prices and deteriorating facilities. The service was decent enough, but I expected better conditions for such rates.

Rooms

There wasn't much to say about the rooms, as my focus was more on the facilities and overall experience.
Service

The staff at the office were friendly and accommodating, especially with a late check-in. However, I felt the cleaning service was subpar.

The location was excellent for accessing the Pinnacles and had good amenities available. It's pretty convenient for families too.

While some amenities were clean, others were outdated and didn’t meet expectations, like the toilet blocks and the general maintenance of the grounds.

I had a great time staying in one of the newly renovated units that provided a comfortable experience, along with a stunning view of the ocean. The facilities, especially the pool and campers kitchen, were impressive. However, the cleanliness in the shower area could use some attention and there was a bit of a hiccup regarding the staff's communication when we faced an issue with our pets, which left a sour note on an otherwise pleasant experience.

Rooms

The units were modern and spacious, equipped with a dishwasher and two TVs, making it quite convenient for our family stay. The overall comfort was fantastic.
Service

While most interactions were fine, I did experience an unpleasant encounter with staff regarding our dog during a storm, which could have been handled better.

The park is beautifully located with lovely ocean views and I enjoyed the easy access to the beach just across the road.

The park had excellent facilities, including a heated pool and a well-maintained recreation room, which were a highlight. The campers kitchen was a real advantage for those wanting to prepare their own meals.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay. The location was decent, and the communal kitchen and pool area were nice, but the cleanliness and service left much to be desired. The unpowered campsite was not worth the high price, and the attitude of the staff was unacceptable. Overall, this experience made me question if I'd want to return in the future.

Rooms

The campsite was just a lumpy sand pit with ants, not suitable for a comfortable stay.
Service

The service was severely lacking, especially from the older lady at the office who had an awful attitude.

The location was good, close to the beach, but not enough to redeem the stay.

The communal kitchen was massive and equipped well, but the cleanliness of the pool and bathrooms was appalling.

Our stay was wonderful, especially given the close proximity to the beach and the lovely shaded sites available at the park. The facilities are quite new and impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable experience. We did notice that the toilets and showers were a bit dated, but they were tidy. Overall, the park felt quiet and peaceful, making it a great place for a family getaway.

We enjoyed a spacious two-bedroom chalet that was well-maintained and wheelchair accessible. The beds were incredibly comfy. However, the shower curtain could definitely use a replacement as it showed signs of mold.

The staff at the cafe was very welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience during our stay.

The park is perfectly situated right by the beach, which made it convenient to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and a lovely walk to the sand hills across the road.

We had a fantastic lobster meal at the nearby bowls club, which I would highly recommend. The cafe at the reception also offered delicious options.

The camp kitchen was one of the best I've seen, right next to a stunning swimming pool. There’s also a heated pool and a playground area for kids.
